Do you have any type of guarantee for the workers you provide?
PEAK provides a "First Day Guarantee"- if within the first day of their assignment, a referral does not complete their assigned shift due to the employee's personal behavior or actions, Peak Employment Solutions will not invoice our client for those hours the referral worked-up to a maximum of 8 hours. This does not include situations where there may have been a lack of work, loss of production or any other scenario in which our employee had no control. We will promptly make a replacement if the individual does not meet your skill or performance expectations.
What does the Peak Employment Solutions' bill rate cover?
We provide you with a simple hourly bill rate for contingent/temporary labor. Inclusive in this bill rate will be all mandatories: FICA, FICA, Federal and State Unemployment and Workers Compensation Insurance and of course, the employee's pay. PEAK then handles the entire governmental payroll reporting so you don't have to!
