HOW TO USE THE PEAK STAFFING PERFORMANCE WIZARD
To get a true and accurate report that will reflect the ACTUAL costs your company has associated with staffing, please read the following explanations regarding the information needed to complete your personalized STAFFING PERFORMANCE REPORT.
Each number below will correspond with the number for each question on our survey, to ease completion.
- In this line, please provide the average wage paid your contingent/contract workers, either dictated by you or the staffing provider. If there is more than one wage associated, please pick one, or supply all if you like for separate cost analysis.
- In this line, please provide the mark-up over pay rate, in percentage form, (example XX%) billed directly to your company for the contingent/contract employees provided. If you are uncertain, please contact your staffing company representative and ask.
- In this line, please provide the number of hours billed to your company by your staffing provider in the past completed Quarter, or if you prefer, in the past completed month, for contingent/contract employees. If you are uncertain, please contact your staffing company representative and ask for an accounting.
- In this line, please provide your cost per hour to meet your production goals, or the cost per hour associated with your operation. This may entail meeting with your production staff / Supervisors, CFO, Plant Manager etc. to establish your baseline cost of operation. Different departments may have different costs, based upon assigned tasks and area of responsibility. You may average these, or supply all for separate cost analysis.

- In the following spaces, please provide production hours that were lost over the past established time frame (Quarter, Month, etc.) due to:
- Absenteeism: Contingent/Contract employee absenteeism hours where no replacement was needed or supplied by you staffing provider.
- Tardiness: Contingent/Contract employee reporting late for work, generally 1 hour or less.
- Incomplete Shifts: Contingent/Contract employee reporting late for work, generally 1 hour or more, or leaving prior to shift end.
- Fill Time: This would be the total amount of time taken by your staffing provider to fill new positions/new “job orders”, or the time taken to re-fill contingent/contract employee positions due to termination, etc.
- In the following space, please provide the total amount billed to your company, non-inclusive of the mark-up billed to you by your staffing provider. This would be any expense billed separately, and NOT included in your bill rate: Drug Screens, PPE, Medical Exams, Testing, etc. that would be billed in the case of new hire or replacement of contingent/contract employees.
